    Mababa medyo clutch ko (actually parang ako lang nakakashift ng car without grinding, lahat ng iba nagtry nagrigrind)

    How will you know if it's the tranny components sa bell housing like clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, synchro, etc ang at fault or kung sa clutch master (or whatever it is that pumps/controls the valves for the fluid to pass through?

    afaik its hard to tell really unless buksan, our driver said slide daw clutch when going uphill sa isuzu pickup namin so dats our queue to have the necessary parts checked n replaced na

    baka need lang adjust ang pushrod. kung naka neutral and maingay (ugong or tuliling)sa bandang tranny and it disappears when you step on the clutch sa release bearings yun. sa pressure plate naman pag sira matigas ang clutch pedal than the usual. Sa master naman minsan ayaw pumasok sa gear unless you pump the pedal or may tagas na. kung sa clutch disk naman pag uphill and naka power kana tapos walang hila or kahit sa patag high RPM kana pero di ka bumibilis slide na yan. try mo rin pag 1st gear then release mo yun clutch di namatay engine eh grabe na yan.

    Sa W123 ba iyan? Ganyan yung sakin. Pero normal lang ata sa mga sasakyan natin yun with our antiquated (and worn?) synchros.

    Medyo tama ata sabi ni Alfred: "Sa master naman minsan ayaw pumasok sa gear unless you pump the pedal or may tagas na."

    Although wala namang tagas, walang bawas yung fluid, pero parang kulang yung release ng clutch pag nadepress, di matigas ang pedal... Syncro tingin ko kagaya ng sabi ni Otep, given na yun sa kalumaan. I was thinking kung possible ba na di nagoopen fully yung kung ano mang valve na meron sa master....

    Sa akin ang problem pagrelease mo nang clutch sa 1st gearparang may nginig sya.

    drag yan. usually disappears in the first few days of use. OEM ba clutch system ninyo?

    try using better quality and/or thicker gear oil... it may take away some of the grinding...

    re: the masters... you can try to see if they build up pressure. kung wala then that's a sure sign na sira na yan.

    pabuksan mo yung air bleed valve ng slave cylinder...takpan ng daliri...ask someone to step on the clutch pedal...kapag kayang pigilan yung paglabas or sobrang hina ng paglabas ng clutch fuild ibig sabihin sira na piston ng master cylinder mo...bili ka na ng Master Cylinder Repair Kit (piston, spring, cap)...hayaan mong magpalit ang suking mekaninko mo ;)

Clutch/Tranny advice.
