    it is possible..
    easy is relative to what ride is it.
    cost is relative to the ride model and mechanic labor charge. material and labor package could cost from 20k-100k.

    it's possible, but the cost may be high depending on the car/engine combo. also if there is a manual version of your car. some don't have so converting is not an option.
