May 5th, 2010 08:02 PM #1Hi Guys newbie question. My mom bought a second hand car Honda Civic 2004 Vti-s Automatic. I would just like to know if normal lang ba yung click sound when shifting from P-R or N-R? Hindi naman sya nakakatakot na Click. Parang click lang then ok naman while reversing. Napansin ko kasi na from N-D or other gears walang Click sound basta pag pupunta lang sa R.
We are used to a m/t car kasi kaya parang normal samin makarinig ng sound when shifting to reverse. Not sure if sa a/t ganun din.. TIA

Honda A/Ts in particular uses parallel counter-shafts similar to M/T designs. So it will make a similar click as an M/T when you put it in reverse.
Choice I would have made as well.
