Does anyone know if this can be repaired and where? Someone told me they can inject silicon, some shops are able to do it?

Yup, you need to put in silicone oil for the fan clutch. Just ask DIY master afrasay. I think his cousin (the mechanic) can do it. Its fairly easy to do. Goodluck.

buy ka ng silicone tube (2) kay hanson sa denso banawe. biyaking mo yun center ng fan, yun may fins. then empty the 2 tubes into it. P70 ea ata isang tube. i eventually replaced the center of the fan kasi may leak.
