[Paseo Center]

E.R.A. Real Estate is the first international real estate franchise in the country. We were commissioned by Megaworld Corporation to manage the commercial operations of Paseo Center (formerly IBM building) located at Paseo de Roxas corner Sedeno in Makati City. Under our management, Paseo Center took on a new thrust and introduced a different approach in food, retail and services right in the heart of the Makati Commercial Business District.

We are currently consolidating our marketing and events calendar for the rest of 2006 and integration of car clubs and associations is a big part of our master plan for Paseo Center.

Therefore, we are cordially inviting your car club here at Paseo Center and to hold your grand EBs and various activities at our parking lot every weekend for FREE!

actually the place is too small unless its one of the smaller car clubs doing their EBs. Example, if TACP will do an EB there... it will be overflowing.
