    TS was insinuating, that come jan 1, said bills will have lapsed into non-legal tender and he can mutilate them without fear of prosecution.
    i insinuated that these non-legal tenders may still be exchanged for legal tender, by surrendering them to the bank. hey, i might even offer to purchase them from him at a fraction of the intended legal tender value.. heh heh.
    kahit incomplete ang bill, say, nawawala ang middle segment, as long as both serial numbers of the same bill can be surrendered to the bank, it will be exchanged for new bills.
