Just want to clarify when and where does truck ban happen?

I went to the mmda website and it says 6am-9am and 5pm-9pm, but then our driver says its 6am-10pm and 3pm-9pm (sobrang short time lang naman ng biyahe kung ganun..)

Which is correct po?
