MMDA enforcers for me in EDSA is like this... for instance, a bus crosses on a red light intersection area (lets say edsa, taft). this is a "pahabol effect kasi red light na" the MMDA just completely ignores them. but if a private normal vehicle ACCIDENTICALLY crosses the intersection (without knowing that it is already red because stop lights in that area really sucks) the MMDA will apprend them and talk to them about seminars (right!) and stuffs until the driver will say "boss pasensya na..." you know probably what will happen next :D. tayo ang nahhassle... :justice:
