Hello, I just got apprehended for color coding this day in las pinas city it happened when i was turning to bf resort and they apprehended me (lucky me) and they issued me a ticket with a check on violation of wrs. and i don't know what it means. please help.

also, can you contest a traffic vilotaion because i saw a reckless driving on my ticket as well. which shouldn't be included.?

sir, actually your violation is not "violation of WRS" instead it's actually " violation of V VRS(Vehicle Volume Reduction Scheme).
