Pray tell, how about enforcement? We already have so many laws in place, some good, some not so much, but many problems still persist. If they can at least properly enforce the present rules and regulations, we could see some difference.

Exactly my point. Also, with such numerous regulations approved, how will anybody know each and every one of them? Public dissemination is almost non existent nowadays. Ilalagay sa tarp na mawawala lang after a few weeks?

Agree there is no enforcement at all for most vehicle safety laws.

Re: that new child seat law there's also a disconnect between requiring child seats in private cars while public transportation isn't even required to have seatbelts.

Kalokohan yan child seat law na yan.. hindi naman tayo kagaya ng US ... gaya gaya mga ungas na law makers..

Wala naman kasing dyip sa US eh.. so pwede sa kanila yan child seat.. tren, taxi , bus lang sa kanila.. wala dyip or AUV gaya sa atin..

Phase out muna nila yung backyard vehicles..

For the enforcers, driving laws are merely suggestions.
