corruption has already been a part of our culture (sabi nila), and is a rampant practice among government officials (sabi din nila, hehe) but i guess it's not fair to associate
corruption upfront with the government's program to raise much needed funds. Officials say revenues can reach 3B in a few years.
let's give GMA a chance to show her government's willingness to be of great service
to us, afterall nobody else will benefit from it but us, Filipinos.
