Guys, I'd just like to update you. ALL of the cities here in Metro Manila EXCEPT Makati have window hours (10am to 3pm).

Before it was Mandaluyong and Makati that doesn't have window hours, but recently I've seen banners around Mandaluyong wherein sinasabi they're implementing this new rule lang. Hope this helps. *Binay, mahiya naman! Ikaw nalang natitira!*

Meron 10AM-3PM window na po ulit yata ang Mandaluyong. Ortigas Center is part Mandaluyong/Pasig so may window pa rin. So only Makati and San Juan ang may coding at 7AM-7PM, thoug the EDSA part of Makati & Ortigas Ave. part of San Juan is an exception and the window is still being observed, AFAIK.

sa conduction sticker ba nila bina-base kung coding ka or hindi for that day? so the present pattern applies to the last digit of the conduction sticker?

ako naman last week after independence day june 12 na holiday, kala ko Monday yun Tuesday and Tuesday yun Wednesday, in short dinala ko yun plate # ending in 4 noon Tuesday at plate # ending in 5 noon Wednesday.

ni hindi ka namalayan na ganun pala. nalaman ko na lang noon Thursday afternoon, kala ko Wednesday pa lang nun. wala man lang nanghuli sa kin for those 2 days!

pero kahapon nakarma ako, nagpa meryenda na naman ako ng isang damatans na pulis, not wearing seatbelts daw pati si misis. kakaawa yun mukha ng pulis kasi parang lolo ko na hitsura talaga. inabutan ko ng P200. tapos thankful na thankful muka niya, inabot pa nya seatbelts ko at gusto pa ata sya mag-suot sa'kin hehehe ...
