ano na ba ang Traffic Coding sa Pinas ngayon?
nationwide na ba ito or metro manila lang?
Where can I find the complete regulations?
is it available in the net?

sa ngayon kasi puro hearsay ang naririnig ko about this coding!

Metro manila lang since implemented ito ng MMDA. Although meron ibang places nagimplement din ng ganitong scheme like Baguio.

pero in makati, ortigas and mandaluyong walang window ang coding dun. in short sa manila, qc pwede kang lumabas between 10am to 3 am. yan ang window time ng coding. hindi pwede yan sa makati, ortigas and mandaluyong...

Sa tingin ko hindi dapat, kasi the number of cars on the streets is still increasing, despite the existence of the MRT and more flyovers. Lalo na nung pumasok yung mga imports sa Subic, mas marami ang nagkaroon ng sasakyan. And that's not to mention the households with more than one vehicle in the garage, which is one way of going around the coding scheme. Let's face it, people will generally still prefer private vehicles over mass transport for convenience, no matter how many times we complain about rising oil prices.

...households with more than one vehicle in the garage, which is one way of going around the coding scheme
don't forget those who though have only 1 vehicle but with one or more 'special' plate/s.

Kung naka-coding ka for the day, bawal ka sa main roads and thoroughfares from 7am-10am and from 3pm-7pm. You have from 10am-3pm as your window period para makadaan sa main roads.

Pero pag napadaan ka sa Makati, San Juan or Mandaluyong at any time of the day, huli ka agad, kasi hindi nila nire-recognize ang window period, as mentioned already.
