My goodness, that is just a shame. In typical SM fashion, some essential requirements have been waylaid if just to cut costs, or to have the building operational ahead of time even though there are still concerns to be addressed.

I would think twice on buying a condo from SMDC.

Looks like we got out in the nick of time.

It was pouring hard and the water was literally rushing down the exit ramp of the basement parking. Traffic pa naman and you had to stop on the incline

wrt to BGC traffic, avoid it at all costs if possible. Sometimes traffic backs up to Shell Magallanes, because there is currently a road repair eating up a lane going to Villamor golf course. If going to Aura or BGC coming from SSH, a quicker way is to use the service road, going straight then turning left to C5. Keep right after Mckinley Hill/Shell, entering the ramp.

I checked out SM aura yesterday. I just had to see for myself what everyone was talking about I don't think I'd go back there. The mall is so crowded and something is really off with the escalators, parang never ending. The finishing of the mall does not feel premiere at all. There were only 4 restos open then (Jollibee, KFC, McDO, Paul). The food court had Pepper Lunch, Sbarro and Brasas open. I had to fall in line for almost an hour for lunch! It makes me wonder why there were so much people at the mall. It's almost as crowded as 168. There isn't much stores din naman. But I did notice a lot of people taking picture.

Never mind that I looked SC, as requested by Uls, I took pics My Mom was wondering what I was taking pictures of, iniwan tuloy ako

We left the mall late afternoon and it was just drizzing then. The parking was horribly designed. There's a long line of cars and you'd be left hanging on the ramp. Parang megamall din

I think its just because its new and people are curious about the mall thats why it is that crowded. Give it a few months and itll be normal.

Hindi ko talaga nagustuhan layout ng parking ng SM, pag sale sa SM north, papasok ka pa lang parking mag hahanging ka sa RAMP, minsan lagi pang may bottleneck...

Hindi kagaya sa trinoma (mindanao parking) hihiwalay ka sa main route paakyat, if you want to park at the certain floor.
