So confirmed na ba talaga na may coding sa BGC? and also, may window time ba sa Sales bridge? I'm planning to pass there kung may window time nga ng coding.

As of now, wala pang confirmation kung may coding na tlga sa BGC I hope wala pa para mak gala parin kahit coding.

BGC roads are, in general, fine.

But you'd be pissed to pass by the street fronting IS-Manila all the way around to Toyota BGC because some jack*$$ forgot to asphalt it properly

And you'd be doubly incensed by the traffic in front of SM Aura all the way to Market Market. People who pass there seem to stick to some sort of provincial/small town mentality. Optional ang lane!

One reason also why magulo inbetween Market2 and Serendra... jeeps.

The roads in the back/under development areas still look to lack a top layer of asphalt.

all your fears are unfounded, cayetano's will never give control of BGC to makati...pag hinuli kayo sa edge ng BGC ng coding...takbuhan niyo mga MAPSA, pasok lang kayo ng BGC...

    ^

Save yourself the stress, if they implement number coding inside BGC, you have no recourse but to obey. MAPSA will not implement the number coding scheme unprepared, they will have all the ordinances photocopied/laminated and distributed to the field people, and post visible signs on the streets BEFORE full implementation.

You may get lucky the first time (innocent look). But I don't think you'll get away with it in the second instance.

50 TAGUIG MEN GANG UP ON MAKATI COPS MAKATI DECRIES INCURSION OF POSO INTO MAKATI
posted by : icrd on 08/29/2013
Some 50 men wearing black t-shirts with the logo “I Love Taguig” identified as members of the Taguig Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) ganged up on a mobile patrol car of the Makati Police Wednesday night at the intersection of Lawton St. and Kalayaan, the city police department said today.

Earlier, some men also wearing “I Love Taguig” shirts on board a service vehicle with the same markings, were reported removing banners along Kalayaan St. in Makati, clearly outside Taguig jurisdiction. The men, identified as members of Taguig POSO, were reportedly armed.

These twin incidents have prompted Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay to again decry the Gestapo-like tactics employed by Taguig.

“I cannot help but express my dismay and frustration over the actions of these Taguig personnel. You do not win an argument with intimidation and Gestapo tactics,” he said.

“Can they explain why public safety personnel would be so bold as to gang up on policemen? They are showing total disregard for the law and our law enforcers,” he said.

He warned the similar actions and incursion into Makati barangays will not be tolerated.

“They are sowing panic in our barangays. They have no right to be in Makati. This will not be tolerated,” he said.

He said that the Court of Appeals has already lifted an injunction order that prohibited Makati from exercising jurisdiction over the Inner Fort and the EMBO barangays. “If they have evidence, bring it to the courts. But resorting to a show of force displays immaturity and narrow-mindedness,” he said.

The mayor commended Makati Police chief Manuel Lukban Jr. for diffusing the tense situation at the corner of Lawton and Kalayaan Wednesday night.

According to reports reaching the mayor’s office, a mobile car from the Makati police was patrolling the area around 6pm when the policemen on board noticed a service vehicle following them.

The policemen stopped and asked the occupants of the vehicle why they were following the mobile car and if they had seen persons allegedly removing streamers along Kalayaan Avenue. Instead of answering the policemen, the men, who were personnel of Taguig POSO, radioed their compatriots who immediately appeared and surrounded the Makati policemen. The Makati policemen then radioed for assistance from headquarters.

When the Makati police chief arrived at the scene around 7:45pm, the 50 Taguig POSO men were reinforced by Taguig policemen and a SWAT team. Makati had dispatched five patrol cars and 25 policemen.

Lukban had a dialog with the POSO, and invited their team leaders to a meeting with the Taguig police chief where he gave them copies of the CA decision. Both sides dispersed after.

At around 3pm Wednesday, an employee of the Makati Solid Waste Management Division who was passing by reportedly saw five Taguig traffic enforcers in the act of taking down a tarpaulin bearing the sign “Welcome to Makati BGC” posted along Kalayaan R-4. In subsequent interviews with residents who witnessed the incident, they stated that some of the Taguig enforcers were carrying guns so they did not dare interfere.

Last August 15, some 10 to 12 Bantay Bayan personnel from Taguig surrounded a team from the Makati Engineering Department who were conducting land survey in Barangay Southside, and ordered them to stop and go back to Makati City Hall. Makati policemen swiftly responded to the team’s call for assistance to stop the situation from escalating.

The team had been deployed to do the survey in preparation for the implementation of road repair and rehabilitation, which the city government has prioritized “to correct an injustice” to the barangay and its residents that have suffered “20 years of neglect.”

Binay has vowed to improve public services in the inner Fort barangays, Southside and Northside, including the implementation of road concreting and other infrastructure projects.

Binay said the order of the CA lifting the injunction order is immediately executory. While Taguig may appeal the ruling, Makati is no longer restrained from resuming jurisdiction over the area, he said.

On August 5, the CA Sixth Division released its ruling dated July 30, 2013 on the long-running territorial dispute between the two cities, upholding Makati’s jurisdiction over the more than 729-hectare portion of Fort Bonifacio. It has ordered Taguig “to immediately cease and desist from exercising jurisdiction within the disputed area and return the same to Makati.”
