    matagal kasi magbayad ang SM.. kaya nag pull out ang Colgate sa kanila..

    Did a quick survey on the status of cases filed by/against BCDA and I don't think the BCDA has won anything yet.

    From what I've heard, BCDA also has percentage rental income from whatever Market Market! earns. Kaya masakit talaga sa kanila.
