They're prioritizing the vehicles going out of Makati. To ease traffic inside Makati. But I would rather them assist the traffic lights na lang. The traffic light management system is supposed to be smart and advance already.

Tsambahan talaga. I'd take the MRT tapos baba sa Shaw Blvd station kaso lang by the time na makapasok sa Megamall basang sisiw na ang labas.

    i know, po.
kaming nasa southbound sshiway ang na-agrabyado.
i seriously think those TEs are in makati's payroll and are acting on makati's instructions..

I'm a Pasig resident and I avoid going to megamol because of parking difficulties. In case I really need to go to megamol I make sure I arrive just before the mall opening time to avoid the hassle of the long queue and hunt for a slot.

Lighter than usual drive after turning right to Ortigas from C5 yesterday afternoon. Turned out traffic coming from the flyover was completely blocked cause of a collision between an SUV and a light delivery truck so us cars coming from "ilalim" had Ortigas all to ourselves for a few minutes. Must have been really bad for cars coming from Ortigas extension though.

Wasn't able to take a picture as I was alone in the car driving.

With classes and gov't offices still closed, it sure is a breeze driving along EDSA.

Pasig was supposed to make an announcement 4am kanina. They made an announcement 11:00 PM last night at instead na suspended ang klase ngayon.

Pinaliwanag ng PAGASA na nag-lower na ang storm signal to #1 for NCR at 11PM last night and totally tinanggal by 2AM. I think only QC who announced class suspension at all levels at around 8:30PM, recalled the suspension at all levels at around midnight (still Wind Signal #1), only suspending until SHS. And QC drew flak for announcing the late suspension, and yet again for rescinding the suspension order. Some LGUs just stuck with the initial suspension order.

Sala sa init, sala sa lamig.

I think the LGUs should decide on a cut-off time (e.g., 11pm Pagasa bulletin) and decide. If by 2AM the status is downgraded/improves, just stick with the previous suspension declaration.

On the other hand, if no suspension was declared at 11pm but the status changed for the worse then they should declare a suspension at 2am or 5am as the case may be.

i think, for inclement weather issues,
many schools kasi, their students do not come from the neighboring barangays only, but from farther away, even crossing political barriers.

Well it's a damn if you do whatever...feeling kasi ng mga estudyante kasalanan ni mayor kapag naulanan sila.
