to be honest when I was younger I didn't mind the traffic Lalo when out on a date.. more time spent with ur special person while stuck in traffic listening to good music. nowadays grab delivery lahat lol!

hahaha. My balikbayan friend said the same when we were spending time together while he was here. Sana daw traffic. Ang problema I'm driving kasi he doesn't drive here in PH.

one is not hungry or has some good food aboard,
and the car has ample inner space, a good aircon, nice entertainment system, light steering and light pedals,
not about to run out of fuel,

It's always been allowed. Went through there twice in the past week because Google Maps said it was faster to turn right into EDSA and take that U-turn than try and go straight through Ortigas/LSGH (going to Greenhills).

I Actually used that particular U-turn slot last good Friday , but to this day I'm not certain if that was just a mmda endorsed holy week reprieve or not.
