Definitely mas light ang traffic this year and most likely it's due to the excise tax on gas prices. U guys noticed it too?

i did notice, traffic is somewhat less now.

so which one is it?
a. higher price of gas.
b. nag-hulihan ng dilapidated vehicles.
c. ubos na pera dahil sa xmas.
d. tapos na excuse mag-metro manila, dahil tapos na xmas.
e. bawal sasakyang wala ORCR. heh heh.
