Same with changing Mags or adding body kits to an automobile. it projects disposable income.

This on the other hand is more beneficial since you can pick a car plate that is not similar to your other car for coding purposes.

Based sa resolution ng LTO, subject for approval yung special plate right? tapos, bayad muna before review.
Pagkakaintindi ko naman dun, if nareject application mo ng LTO, lipad na binayaran mo. Correct me if I am wrong though.

you can ask for AAA 111, then kung taken na, isip ka ng other combination

I guess ganon din yung ngayon.

Pero bayad muna (I guess) means kung hanggang ZZZ 222 wala talaga, you need to settle with AZA 122 - at least Monday pa din coding mo.

Actually, a friend of mine who worked for Isuzu before told me na inis na inis sila sa mga Liaison nila sa LTO kasi di naman daw talaga 25K singil ng LTO... mas malaki pa inuuwi nila and hindi manlang nila bigyan ng cut yung sales team.

Well these days you can check naman by texting LTO VEHICLE to 2600. Hopefully there isn't another person applying for the same custom plate as you.

body kits - as long as it came from the dealership, ok lang sa akin.
e.g. Modulo/RS ng Honda, GR ng Toyota etc

mags - depends on the use... if weekend off-roader ka, then I will understand the change of mags

pero for reasons na "maiba lang" or "para mas maganda" - I feel sorry for the owner kasi obviously, they want a better car... pero di kinaya ng budget.

government is still undecided as to its priority in governance.

if you were the Gov't, do you prefer na the car buyer buys from the 2nd hand market?

personal opinion ko lang naman yun

and off-roader lang ginamit kong example (madali kasi) pero ako din naman noon. unang pinapalitan ko is mags, from 13-14 to 15-17 (2000s)

and yes, I agree na madaming nagpalit ng Spoon mags... madami din bumili ng 2nd hand and fake.

Actually mayrun request from LTO to exclude a specific numbers(2)/day sa last digit ng new plate number.
I requested a non-monday coding plate number, i got a plate number with a friday coding.
Walang charge yung request, thou random din lang siya minus the 2 numbers from the coding days.

yun nga eh... pero "no assurance". kami din dati, we requested na Thursday, nakuha naman namin.

kaya maningil na lang sila, at least may peace of mind yung car buyer.
