The government should require all tollgates to read either NLEX or SLEX tags instead of the motorists to register for two accounts.

Just like credit cards, it doesn't matter if it's Visa or MasterCard or Bancnet or whatever bank it is affiliated.

The question is, to whom or what government agency should this be addressed?
