But on a serious note, I don't know how you can average 60 kph pa singit singit [emoji17]

If you’re averaging 60kmh, that would mean you are covering a kilometer per minute. On busy stop and go traffic, that means you’re running faster on open roads to make up for stops in lights, pedestrian lanes, etc. Unless you just blatantly don’t care about traffic signs and lights.
Sa Skyway Stage 3, doing between 60 to 80 kmh is ok as long as you just follow the flow of traffic. If they notice that you’re running faster than others, that would surely alarm the enforcers.
There was one time when I was just moving along, doing 70kmh and following the cars in front of me. This Chevy Sail on my rear was itching to go faster so he passed me and the car on front of me. On the next bend, the SS3 enforcer flagged him down.

i guess that probably sums it up for motorsiklistas in general. i hope i am not generalizing...
but my eyes have seen numerous examples.
heh heh.
what is the most common mis-behavior that i have seen?
while all of us vehicles with four wheels stop behind the pedestrian line at the intersections, the two-wheelers consistently filter in between the cars, to re-collect in front of the cars, filling up the pedestrian lane. and the attending traffic enforcers couldn't care less.
and when the light turns green, the poor cars can't start moving, for fear of encountering the motorcycle paint beside them.

Although yes, there are times talaga na kelangan mo lumampas sa speed na yun if you need to overtake slow vehicles pero briefly lang at nasa lugar dapat. Also this depends on the rider as well.
Lately the bicycle lanes have been used and abused no end by motorcycles. i pity the poor cyclists. Zero - as in zero - discipline talaga . Sad talaga .
There are signs every 50 meters na for bicycles only...walang paki yung mga motor.

the bicycle lane along northbound taft avenue, from quirino to UN, is largely under-used.
the two-wheeling pedalers prefer the leftmost lane, because that is where the lrt overhead offers lilim sa araw and silong sa ulan.
i vote to remove that bike lane altogether.
heh heh.
SS3 OT.
time is gold di ba.. so you have to pay gold para sa time na matitipid mo.. hehe
To spend 500 pesos everyday for toll is not easy.

pag toll way within the city mas mahal talaga lagi.. kahit yung magallanes-bicutan-sucat-alabang ang taas ng rate per kilometer.. compared to provincial rate like alabang to calamba..
Skyway 3 volume drops as toll collection starts
Richmond Mercurio (The Philippine Star ) - July 14, 2021 - 12:00am
MANILA, Philippines — The number of motorists using the Skyway Stage 3 expressway significantly declined as toll collection started on Monday, Skyway Operations and Maintenance Corp. president and CEO Manuel Bonoan said yesterday.
The number of motorists that passed through the elevated tollway reached a little over 60,000 on Monday, down from the average of 100,000 motorists during seven months of toll-free use, he told The STAR.
Bonoan, however, is optimistic pre-toll collection traffic numbers along Skyway 3 would eventually return.
“It takes time, but it will return. I’m sure that our traffic will go back to that level of 100,000 until such time that the other routes become congested,” he
said.
