I haven't tried Uber because everytime I compare with Grab, the latter is cheaper and is a fixed fare.

Uber didn't come up with surge pricing ... local taxi drivers have been implementing this scheme for decades already ... heavy rain? surge price ... peak time / rush hour? surge price ... foreigner / OFW at airport? surge price ...
Ang daming sugo ng ibang sites na nagpopromote ng website nila sa Tsikot ah.
Nageeffort pa na gumawa ng kwento para hindi outright spam. Pero clickbait parin eh. 😂

last weekend inabot kami ng P900 ++ sa grab fare from katipunan ave to ayala alabang on an early evening ride. no choice kasi iniwan ko iyong car ko sa house nila tapos iyong volks tiguan niya at iyong driver nila na hijack ng son niya
buti na lang hati-hati kami![]()
^ ang masaklap jan ay 2 lang kami [emoji22]
do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do
I just booked a ride last Wednesday night from eastwood to sm east ortigas but it cost 189 for a grab car. I think its around 7:30pm to 8pm. Parang sobrang laki ng increase ng fare nila since September this year.
sharing a Grab experience that didn't happen hehe
so there's an email inviting 1 or 2 of us has to attend some sort of thing in a coffee shop in bgc this afternoon but nobody wanted to go
it's not that important but would gain some insight/info if we went
they looked at me and said "si uls nalang" and i said "whaaat?! there's no way i'm driving to bgc"
then they said "grab" and i said "ugh!"
i told them "waste of time yan"
usap sila then said "sige huwag nalang"
that's my grab experience that didn't happen hehehe
#totallyuselesspost
I got cancelled on two consecutive times and had a hard time booking after. I booked grabshare kasi yun yung tip ng dati kong driver pag di makabook ng grabcar. The grabshare driver told me some drivers are picky na sa area at pasahero for safety reasons. My nickname is kinda gender neutral, if lalaki daw ako he would also cancel on me.
