That looks like it is before a bridge. Notice the steel grating on the foreground that is used to connect the road between bridge sections. Baka nag-meander yung river.

i don't think any car can jump anything unless there is a ramp. All cars are by design to have the wind push down on it, so the moment the front wheels pass the break in the road the nose will dip, and this downward push of air will be greater at higher speeds.

yup, even the best made roads in 1st world countries fall prey to water. people always underestimate the power of water. think of the grand canyon, bato yun pero nauka ng tubig. e yan pa kaya tambak lang na lupa na dinaanan lang ng pison. and water that you don't see on the surface is more dangerous. when they built that road di naman nila hinukay hangang ilalim so kung may dati ng underground stream sa ilalim kahit anong tibay ng kalsada mo pag nag-cave-in na yung ilalim bagsak pa din yan.

i agree with sir yebo, very powerful ang pressure ng tubig. hahanap at hahanap ng dadaanan yan

how about kaya yung ginagawang TPLEX, any news? di pa masyado matibay ang compaction sa mga slopes sa gilid nun malamang may portion din na naanod
