Why anti-poor? If you can afford even 1 car with fuel, maintain, toll and parking expense then you're not poor.

    agree...

car owners have no right to be called poor

pero I'm thinking of the small businesses... yung palengke stall owners who has 1 vehicle to move their products.
sa Thailand, kahit magbubuko naka Hilux... imagine mo how it will hurt his business kung may coding.

Sa BGC, my officemate posted na naka new vios yung nagtitinda ng kakanin. I really think na swerte mga tao ngayon na mas madali na umasenso compared to the 90s and prior

    my thoughts,
one may not impose vehicle use restriction, if one does not offer an effective-enough alternative.

if you really think about it... yung 60K mo ngayon can get you a phone... or a 20 year old car na you can use for business.

may nakita nga akong Carpool post na 40pesos 1 way no aircon, Pasig to BGC - bawal daw sa maarte

Yes!!! That's so true! When my Dad was in corporate, all his contemporaries had their own rooms and individual secretaries. Dad ko Manager lang title pero yung salary and perks niya, I'm willing to bet, no manager will have that perk now (example housing). My Dad even had time for the family business along with his corporate job.

Now standard na yung long working hours and/or shifting plus napansin ko ngayon ang dami dami ng AVPS and VPS.

Exponentially mas masarap ang corporate world in the 90s and prior, yun lang it was not accessible to everyone.

as for the corporate world. madami kasi akong nameet (retirees) na di naman nakapagtapos or galing sa magandang school na nadaan sa hirap and tyaga yung position nila.

if one foot is out the door, and the other foot is inside the room, the only thing we'll accomplish,

dapat mag-priority and pattern all policies toward it.

It's anti middle class. I always thought coding was 7 am to 7 pm? I think it's safer to follow that kasi iba iba coding windows ng cities
