I've been seeing a number of cars lately with this format "11 AAA 1111". Fonts are green with white background. The numbers are of slightly smaller font. I've seen some early 90s cars and some brand new ones as in na unahan pa nila ung naka kuha ng sasakyan months ago. Im just wondering, what classification of vehicles are these?
