Well, I admire your courage although you are anonymous online.
My suggestions are if you are really serious:

1) Write your complaint and the reasons behind that in a better manner. Even an internet rant should be understandable.
2) Back your statements with facts.
3) If you propose to abolish something, present at least an alternative to the current system. OR clearly show that we are better off without the current system (i.e. color coding).

Although I am not a frequent driver in MM, abolishing the color coding will just worsen the bad traffic situation.
Probably it is better to think of long term solution than abolishing color coding.

For one, expand and improve the railway system not only within Metro Manila but also to and from MM. This is expensive but it is better in the long run.
