I call to all the tsikot out there to abolish the number coding scheme!

its totally useless now the Philippines has progressed and most are able to bypass this by having another car or more, a win scenario for the govt since its taxable all its life (purchase tax, annual registration, fuel tax, etc...)

but what did the gov't do? it didn't expand and have corrupted the money, common, lets not be ignorant, why u think they spent millions and billions in election campaigns just to be a PUBLIC SERVANT??? hello common senses please! ... so their solution restrict the tax payers on using the facilities!

let the creator of this temporary failed solution be penalized for not thinking ahead, aka non proactive

and if this wouldn't be abolished then let it be a lost of public trust to the govt, the Filipino tax payers deserves what is due to them! just look at thailand right now, we're basically the same economy yet look at their facilities
