For newly acquired Driving licenses, di mai-sasaktong 3 years ang validity niyan since our licenses expires on our birth dates...
Kaya kung ang birthday mo is june 8 (I suppose) as noted in the date of your expiration tapos na release siya ng may 27, so tama ang validity, they will never give anybody more than 3 years validity... you should have gotten your license after your birthday para naging 13-06-08 ang validity...
anyway sa susunod exact 3years na yan...

bossing, if i'm not mistaken, sa PRO license, mas mabigat ata ang mga penalties kasi you're expected to know the rules of the road by heart kasi professional ka, araw-araw ka sa kalsada kasi you drive for a living kumbaga...

Traffic law once violated by a driver doesnt state a separate penalty for pro, non-pro, or either student driver.
If it is 2000 for counter flow it is 2000 for all the violators.

Yes the same penalties for Non and Pro license, yung Non-pro naman hindi ka lang pwede mag drive ng PUV, Pro licence lang, sabi din nila they give sometimes consideration for a Non-Pro licence
