Parking Sa Eastwood Libis

hi to all..

ill just post this to express my sentiments para di kayo mainis sa mahal ng parking dito sa eastwood libis.

there are 3 parking places which are accessible and mostly preferred by us the customers.

the famous one is the one that they call the cinema or mall parking right beside the mall, which charges 10php per hour WHAT THE F*#*(para kang ninanakawan per hour). second one is felina which is in front of the epixtar and cyber mall building, which charges 30php in the first hour plus 10php per succeding hour unless you avail of their crappy restaurants and give the receipt(SOBRANG MAHAL WALA NAMANG GUARD NA NAKIKITA). last one is the cyber mall parking, which is a big hassle since aakyat ka pa ng 3 floors bago makarating sa PU#% I#& PARKING LOT, don't ask the price since 10php per hour din yun with all the hassle.

in short don't go to eastwood unless you have business here, but if you are bringing your family here for recreation or for the movies, i would rather go to podium, megamall, metrowalk(for the dvd's note - free parking, gateway or greenhills.

di ko sinisiraan ang eastwood, im just pointing out na their business needs people without the people there's no business. and many people are dissatisfied right now.

notorious yan eastwood parking attendants lalo na pag-gabi.
minsan pumasok ako ng mag-11pm P30 / 3 hours. pero paglabas ko ng 1AM. P40 na daw! kasi daw + P10 kase nalampas ng 12AM.

minsan naman yun isang attendant sabi nya "thrfourty". sabi ko ano? pakiulit? thirty po. same time as before from 10AM to 1245AM. pati yun gwardya kakuntsaba nila.

kaya nga pag-fridays/saturdays d na kasindami ng tao nagpupunta dyan kaya puro sila promo.

tama ka diyan old blue, napapansin ko na every saturday and sunday di na ganoon ka rami ang taong pumupunta, ewan ko ba kung bakit wala pang nagrereklamo sa eastwood management, sobra kung mag kickback ang mga attendant diyan, isipin mo estimate is 20 cars per hour ang lumalabas, kung 10php per car. 200php na yun per/hr.

kung di nila babaguhin style nila, wala nang pupunta sa eastwood city.

as i said di ko sinisiraan ang eastwood city, galit lang ako sa management di nila kayang ayusin yung system nila sa carpark, lagi na lang pabor sa kanila di pabor sa atin na consumer. ang nangyari sa akin is nag park ako ng 10pm saturday which is just 35php since yun yung promo rate for saturday and sunday, nung lumabas ako ng sunday 3am ang bayad ko daw 70php WTF!!!!! kala ko ba PROMO RATES!!! sabi nung B#B# na babae double overnite daw kasi dumaan daw ng 12mn tapos sunday na raw ako lumabas, ehh kung nagbayad ako nung without the promo hours na 10pm-3am which is 5hrs na 10php, dapat ang computation is 5hrs x 10php = 50php. di na ako nakipag talo kasi tatagal lang, parang walang logic kasi SAT ako pumasok and SUN ako lumabas diba sabi sa malaking poster na promo rate is SAT AND SUN 35php BAKIT GANON? parang napamahal pa ako sa sat and sun promo rate kesa normal day rate.

awayin nyo lang i used to argue with them during weekends...hindi kse parehas sumingil ang mga yan...depende sa bantay nila...kung minsan pag alam nilang d ka madalas don eh take advantage sila...i work there, got pissed and complained sa admin nila just recently...3 weekends have passed and i have not had any problems...yun nga ren, problem nila yung pag lumagpas na ng 12am at 5am...

Pero last Friday night, grabe ang traffic dyan sa may papuntang Libis, dahil halos buong kalsada sinakop ng mga vehicles going to Eastwood.

Ask for a receipt and see if they will still overprice your parking fee. If they do, call the management regarding the rates that the cashier charged you and fax him the receipt. It's my business in the U.S. and i'm really strict with this type of modus operandi. If nobody complains, this won't stop, diba? :phone:

yup kasi kung hindi tama yung charge they can't issue a receipt and if they do, hindi nila mabubulsa ang pera mo. it goes to the facility. then you may complain about the overcharging and most of the time youll get the refund and a big lesson to the crooked cashier(and guard)

hmm i've never had a problem with eastwood. For me mas grabe ang parking fee sa medical city. lampas ka ng 30 mins 40 pesos agad! nde ko na inisip na talamak prices sa eastwood kase ganun den sa ibang malls diba? (greenbelt?glorietta?gamol?) Kaya i don't feel the need to complain...although dapat ng libre ang parking.

An acquaintance den nagrereklamo about eastwood parking because he works there. Ang sabi nya, what he does is may sinaswipe sha sa card (nde ko alam kung ano o pano) tapos pag umaga na daw unreadable yung card, pag tinanong sha kung ano oras sha dumating sinasabi nya 12am. amp maloko yun eh. Pag ganun daw wala na magawa yung parking attendant. I guess maloko lang yung mga yun pagdating sa mga nagwowork jan sa eastwood. kase nga overnight parking and all.

The trick there is to ask for a receipt. they don't give it automatically anymore. Pagbigay ko ng card sinasabi ko na "resibo pls." Unlike in Megamall and galleria na automatic ang resibo.

Nung naconfine anak ko 3 days, FULL RATE padin ang singil sakin, imagine the feeling of paying almost 500 ata nun... may discount ng P10 kung confined ka... hayup!

Imagine kung pumunta ka dun magisa, tapos naoperahan ka at 2 weeks ka naconfine, after paying the hospital bill di ka makakauwi dahil wala ka nang pambayad na over a grand na parking...

Sa Libis, may Citibank sticker kami dati kaya walang prob hehe libre.

Imagine, dati ang mga parking sa malls, hospitals, streets, parks, etc. were all free. Manila City started it all. Ngayon, pati ang mga Comfort Rooms sa mga malls, parks, resorts, etc. nagsismula ng maningil. Ano kaya ang susunod? Abangan.

Wala pa rin tatalo sa mga "parking attendant" sa malate, aba walang bantay, naka park sa kalsada tsikot mo, sisingilin ka ng 40 minsan 50 petot, para sa barangay daw, pag humingi ka ng resibo wala naman ibibigay. Ang ginagawa namin bibigyan namin ng 20, tapos sasabihin namin na yung kalahati ibibigay namin pag kalabas namin ayun paglabas namin nasa kabilang kanto natutulog, alis na kami. hehehe :bwahaha:

badtrip tlaga yan dyan sa eastwood, matagal nang problema yang mga parking attendants nila. Kaya pumupunta lng ako sa eastwood pag may imi meet or may bibilhin na doon lng pde mabili, otherwise iwas na ako dyan. Kung gimik lng din, metrowalk na lng kyo, libre parking ehehehe

nung kumain kami sa italliani's last time... akala ko libre na ang parking (consuelo de bobo sa mahal ng bill ko).

aba... "discount" lang pala yun... siningil pa ako ng P20 (P10 lang ang natipid ko)!!! leche talaga.

lang kwenta talaga magpunta ng eastwood ngayon. napakamahal pa ng parking since then. dapat may driver ka eh, pag park mo sa may shell.. tapos balik sa eastwood pag tapos n kyo!

badtrip talaga ang eastwood na yan sa shopwise libre ang parking lakad kana lang papunta sa gimikan hehehehe!!! gus2 nyo libre?? sa sta. lucia east grandmall grocery parking may ticket pa para added security tapos paglabas mo bigay mo lang ticket sa guard wala bayad mas safe pa kasi merong guard na naka bike laging rumoronda sa parking... sa robinson metro east libre din asa multi level parking ka pa kaso wlang control ticket...

Dati nung bago pa ang eastwood libre parking once nagpavalidate ka sa mga restos. Ngayon ok lang naman. Same rates as for other malls.
Agree ako kay ts1n1ta and theveed na sa medical sity ang pinakamahal. after 30 mins 40 pesos agad. Nung naconfine sister ko dun nakupo lagi kami pababalikbalik so parking fee everytime babalik kami. Kahit sandali lang aabutin ka ng 30 mins sa hospital kasi ang tagal ng mga elevators
