Cheap Parking at Makati CBD Near Valero st. cor Rufino St

Mga ka Tsikot pa hingi naman ng murang parking na malapit dito sa amin building sa my Valero st cor Rufino st tuesday to friday dumarating ako sa makati ng 7:00 to 7:30 hanggang 6 : 00 pm mas okay sana kung flat rate or any suggestion naman kung saan ako makakamura nang kahit sa parking makamura ako at napakamahal na ng gas ngayon tag ulan na kasi eh

ang pinaka mura sa area eh yung sa Valero Parking.. pero agahan mo.. kasi pag inabot ka nang mga 7.30.. baka sa taas ka na.. mga 8 ikot.. parking rate is 45.00 first 2 hours then 10 pesos per hour.. 12 hours will set you back 145.00

I used to work at Rufino tower same with your sched.

LKG Tower P3-P7: Php125 flat 6am-10pm;
PBCom Tower B4-B7: Php135 flat 6am-12mn;
Solaris One P2-P3: 45 for first 2 Hours then +10 every succeeding

ideal is PBCom but grabe ung Basement nila ubuus ng gas paakyat. sa LKG rin ba pataas ang parking or 1st floor parking? saan ka nag pa-park sir madalas sa tatlong dyan hihihi thanks

Sa taas yun public parking ng LKG, starts at P3. Reserved slots yung basement.

I'd recommend Solaris One, well-ventilated and the slots are not cramped for SUVs. Ito rin yung last na napupuno among the 3 I mentioned.

what Level or Basement ang for public sa solaris one sir? because i preferred ground level lang para d naman masyado maaksaya sa gas consumption .Thank you very much na talaga sir! haha

Sir ung valero parking ba ay ung sa Open parking? sorry hindi ko po kasi alam ung sinasabi nyo pwede po paturo kung saan yan kasi ung Parking ko ngaun sa Valero likod ng philam 40 for 1st 2 hours den 20 succeeding grabe super mahal! any suggestion kahit medyo malapit lang ung sa pbcom kasi nasa Basement 5 ako grabe ubos gas ko pag akyat! salamat sir qwerty

Haba nang pila sa exit nang Greenbelt1 parking, halos lahat nang drivers galit, bigla kasi nagtaas nang rate ang ayala parking, effective today, Nov. 25 and ang advisory nasa exit wala sa entrance!

If u enter from 11.01am onwards, 45.00 first 4 hours and 10.00 succeeding hours

Kawawa yung cashier puro mura inabot, some cars had to back out kasi wala cash yung driver nag withdraw pa, i parked 7am and went out before 8pm and I paid 495.00!!!

Siguro this is to discourage those who just parked there and go to their work. Yung mga mall customers naman kasi mahihirapan mag park kapag umaga pa lang madami na naka park na non customers.

50 pesos per succeeding hours is so ridiculously high!

and you're right, no proper notice there.. been parking there for almost everyday and i've just noticed the sign yesterday din.

gingawa ko park car at GB2 basement at around 8AM, balikan ko just before 12 noon and lipat ko sa GB5 basement parking, Pro: nadagdagan yun walking exercise ko, Con: nawala yun power nap ko sa tanghali :D

Hello guys. May alam ba kayong cheap parking space around Leviste St? We're transferring to VCorp Center eh, I heard PHP195 ang flat rate doon sa building nila, mahal.

I'm looking for a safe parking space kahit open parking lang at 1 block away from VCorp. Medyo malayo na yata ang LKG at Solaris One parking sakin.

Ok lang yun kung ganon gusto nila pero give proper notice hindi yung mabubulaga ka na lang pag exit mo

For what its worth, maganda naman ang parking ng VCorp dyan din ako nag park na hourly rate.

Kung covered parking hanap mo na malapit sa area na yan your option would be Valero carpark... All others kasi na malapit sa area na yan puro open...

By the way if you don't mind yun bang flat rate is only offered sa tenants? Inaabot kasi ako minsan 250 dyan eh

I'm not sure if it's a dedicated rate for tenants eh. Narinig ko lang dito sa office.

How much ang rates sa Valero carpark? Mabilis ba makikita yung carpark na yan? sorry hindi ako masyado familiar sa area eh.

45 sa first few hours the 15 succeeding... Make sure kung mag Valero carpark ka be there before 7:45 am kasi traffic starts to build up dyan para ka lang makapasok...

Kapag inabot ka kasi ng 8 am dyan you only have 35% chance maka park kasi halos puno na since they are already open by 6 am.

If you are coming from VCorp sa Leviste street, go straight and turn left at Sedeño. At the stop light, turn left ka ulit kasi yun na ang Valero. Yung entrance ng caepark nyan is just a few meters away sa Ministop on your right. Mapapansin mo na may pumipila dyan. Dun ka dapat papasok sa unang entrance kasi yung kabilang lane is dedicated sa monthly paid parking na may proximity card.

Malalaman mo na lumampas ka na sa entrance kapag nakita mo na ang Mercury drug.

another option is look for condominiums na nagpaparent ng monthly ng parking. marami diyan nagpapa rent. around 2-3k ang isang space.

para makatipid chief, park ka sa vcc until 5pm. supposedly, 5PM onwards, libre na ang parking dun sa street. labas ka nalang ng office that time then hanap ka nalang ng bakante sa valero.
