mga bro, i already got my non pro licensed yesterday, with no help of fixers, i also got 40/40 on written exam, im also surprise that LTO east ave were usung suzuki alto M/T and honda fit A/T, and i think brand new motors M/T and A/T, while im at waiting area (puno ng langka) im thinking that test care would be low model car or owner type jeep, saddest thing was i got to pay 250php for car rent, though i have my own car any way im glad that i passed both written and actual driving exam, thank you for all the inputs and advices, BTW my restriction is only 2. total amount paid was 1290 compared to 2500 for fixers. i arrived 8am at LTO, i got my license around 3pm in the afternoon,

i also noticed almost 15% - 20% of the examinees got failed result on their exam, and they will retake after 1 month.

from what i understand, those cars may not be owned by LTO. they're probably privately owned, and rented out to examinees.
but i agree, it's still better than rundown jalopies of old..

Ay d ko alam yun, pero does pasig kapitolyo still issue non pro license? Alam renewal nlang sila?

LTO Mandaluyong doesn't have a licensing center for new applicants to upgrade/downgrade their licenses. Try LTO Eastern Licensing Center along N. Domingo St. in San Juan near Puregold Price Club.

just got my new non-pro after 1 week of original date of application here in binan laguna! restriction 4 na lang kinuha ko.. dag dag gastos pa ibang restriction... at kapag hindi maganda maneho mo eh sisingilin ka additional para pumasa ka na.

share ko lang updated na babayaran.. btw hindi ako nag fixer.

drug test and medical test - 400
application fee (for the writtten exam - good for 1 month just incase mag offline system. ako it took me 1 week kasi nag ooffline sa binan!) - 167.63
drive test - motor = 150, manual car = 250, automatic car = 250 (nag automatic me kasi yun ang gamit ko saksakyan. hindi na ako nag try ng motor at manual kahit marunong ako kasi peperahan ka lang kapag hindi maganda patakbo mo! meron dun nakita ko hiningan ng additional 250)
license fee - 417.63

total gastos without fixer = 1235.26

madali lang sana.. kaso ang bagal ng sistema lalo na sa payments at madalas mag offline, dami ring fixers!.
after 3 years hindi ako dito mag papa renew! hehehe... thanks for all the information tsikot.com
