while i think this is a good idea, i'm not sure how they'll impose this. 13.5 tons per axle daw di ba? what are they gonna do, stop every truck and put them through some gigantic scale?

March 16th, 2006 11:06 PM #3may mga sensors yan. according to my cousin who's working for NLEX. kadalasan yan, yun yung mga parang speedbump before a structure sa may shoulder. may mga cameras din. kaya walang kawala.

March 17th, 2006 03:26 AM #4Dati may weighing station before SLEX entrance in Calamba near Turbina... Di na yata gumagana. Baka meron din sa new NLEX. But I guess with the new technology, that portable scale is their best bet.

March 17th, 2006 07:49 AM #5uy, ayos nga kung ganyan. yan daw kasi ang pinoprotesta kunoa ng mga truck drivers na humarang ng NLEX not long ago. 13.5 tons per axle is actually very liberal na compared to other countries
