    I live in makati and I would like to ask if I can get a non-pro license there? If not, can anyone please suggest the nearest LTO in my area that offers new non-pro applications?

    walang new license sa lto makati. renewal lang. nearest makati is san juan licensing office sa may n domingo

    try LTO in san andres. it's a stone's throw from the san andres market.. you know.. good-looking fruits... it's also beside puregold there.
    or the one in pasay, in front of the old domestic airport.
