You just have to find LTO branch na makuha agad plastic ID. Renewed my DL last month I think, nag advance ako. Based here nag issue daw LTO Muntinlupa. So I went there, lo and behold they stop issuing or printing DL. So I asked calmly saan pinakamalapit na branch meron na pwede makuha na plastic ID, they pointed to Binan Laguna. So went there kahit first time ko diyan Binan na yan. Nakuha ko agad in less than an hour.
So just a little hassle para makuha na yun plastic ID is all worth it.
Just took it like a went on a road trip. At least ngayon meron na ako alam bagong branch ng LTO
Una sabi sa akin sa Las Pinas daw but just thinking of braving the Alabang zapote road huwag na lang. I was willing to give up.

As per my colleague, ganun na nga. First come first served. Pag tuntong mo sa office nila, saka pa lang nila iimprenta yung DL mo. No personal appearance, no Driver's License Card daw.
