March 12th, 2003 09:35 PM #22dapat talaga bawalan ang PUV simply becoz sila ang gumagamit ng kalye the whole day. Not to mention mga t*R#$#tado pa mag drive.
Yung edsa ata bawal din sa mga private vehicles 7-7.

March 15th, 2003 05:28 AM #24Personally, I still think only public vehicles should be included in the ban. During the week where the MMDA experimented with the coding scheme na puro PUV lang ang banned, NAPAKALUWAG ng EDSA! Siguradong napansin din ng iba ito.
Ibig sabihin, hindi significant ang reduction kapag kasama ang private vehicles.
Pero pucha, wag lang talagang hihirit yang palengkerang si Claire dela Fuente na yan! :mrgreen:
