Need help Driveway/Double Parking?

Eto harapan ng bahay na balak namin bilhin. This is what really concerns me. Kuha yan from magiging terrace namin. I'm just concerned that it's a narrow street and one lane is being used as parking. Dapat wala na eh.

I'm thinking we need a roll up gate, hindi pwede yung bubukas sa side just to give our car more maneuvering space pag may sasakyan sa tapat ng gate.

I'm hesitant to buy the property just because of this. But my wife like the property.Attachment 42752

If you won't live there I guess it's okay. Personally, I will never live in a place na ma stress ako sa parking. Instead of your house being a sanctuary it will add stress pa, at malamang maka away mo pa yung neighbor na nagpa park sa kalye hehe

kung isa-isa lang ang paparada, it'll work out fine.
but if every other homeowner would park his car out there, it'll be a night mare.

my relative lives on one such road, and things haven't changed in nearly 20 years.

Nakow...yan ang ayaw ko.. makitid na kalsada tapos gagawin parking..

Nakatira kami dati sa ganyan.. binili ko na sasakyan yung maliit pero spacious.. suzuki wagon R.. pinagawa namin yung harap namin to accomodate yung car ko.. tapos yung mga matitigas na mukha ng kapitbahay tatapat pa sa harap kami di tuloy makalabas..

Korek.. dami pinoy tigas ng mukha.. gusto ng sasakyan di naman marunong mag may ari.. parang sa pets gusto aso pero naka kulong naman tapos dumi dumi
