Wala akong masyadong alam sa field na to pero di ba't mas okay kung irenovate nalang yung railroad. Time will come na wala nang tren na compatible dyan. Puro luma nalang. Unless tayo magpproduce mismo ng trenin which i really doubt na mangyayare.

Total rehabilitation of rails will require a shutdown of mrt3 operation to give way for the workers to do their thing and that requires POLITICAL WILL

Do it before 2019 election and it could result in the defeat of this administrations candidates..do it after 2019, that means mrt3 commuters will have to endure the WORST
