And we hear all the time, "bakit pag nasa Subic tumitino ang mga drivers?"

Big factor that traffic rules are enforced 100% no ifs no buts. Walang lagayan. Huli kung huli. Walang palakasan.

eh kung gawin natin mandatory ang driving lessons bago maka kuha ng lesensya payag kayo?

example dapat pumasa muna sa motorcycle school ang mga nag motor tulad sa honda driving safety school, at sa mga kotse naman, since madami naman driving school eh dapat pumasa muna sila dun, bibigyan muna ng diploma na computerized para di ma peke, pag nag issue ng peke yong driving school ipapa sara sila at confiscate lahat for public auction, pag may diploma na tsaka lang pwede kumuha ng lisensya mag maneho, bawal na yong informal/self learn or learn from friends/relatives...

Actually, this is in place already. We have checks and balances already so we limit driving only to those who really know how to drive and know road rules. Only if it's just implemented properly.

When you apply first time to get your driver's license, there is a written exam on road rules and driving theory in general. There is also a practical exam on operating your motor vehicle. When you register your vehicle, there should be a thorough examination of your vehicle to see if it is still road worthy or not. LTO was supposed to implement that. Alas, corruption still prevails.

Just look at the crop of driver's we have. And the modified motorcycles and cars on the road. Jeep pa lang, if properly checked di papasa mga usok nun. Yet every year they get registered at our beloved LTO.

LTO is govt = govt is corrupt nga, ang dami dami na kapalpakan ng LTO (recently lang wala na supply ng conduction sticker, may permit na sa LTO ang car manufacturers to print their own conduction stickers) till now di pa na aabolish...

Going thru Driving schools should be a mandaratory requirement for license issuance, so riders and drivers alike will be educated.

Pundihin ba ilaw ng mga MCs?

Or may advantage ba pag hindi naka on?

Most MCs don't even have lights kahit gabi mga naghahanap talaga ng kamatayan. Yung iba mukha naman mabago bago, ano yun pundi agad? At nagkataon halos lahat pundi? O ayaw lang talaga mag ilaw?

Yung iba may ilaw nga, lintek naman sa buga at glare.

    Extremes diba.

Nope hindi pundihin ang ilaw ng motorsiklo. It's the same bulb that you use in cars.

It becomes a problem when some riders think they know better than the engineers and designers who made the motorcycle.

For one, almost all of the new motorcycles now have AHO (Automatic Headlight On) similar to cars. Once you start the engine, on na ang headlight. Yung "magagaling" bypass the wiring and put a switch so they can turn off the headlight. For what reason, I don't know. I hear some, para daw di mapundi agad. I say that's BS. (parang jeepney drivers who don't use headlight at night Para daw di malakas sa kuryente)

Second, they put different auxiliary devices that wrecks the electrical flow of the motorcycle. Mga sira-niko who puts too much external lights, speakers which consume so much wattage, and other mods. The charging system can't cope up with the electrical load thus creating an imbalance which usually kills the head light bulb, the battery, or the whole electrical system.

As for the LED auxiliary lights, I hate them also. Not properly aligned and sinisilaw lang kasalubong. Nakakainis yun.

Meron pa headlight ako nakita kulay pula. I wish sometimes makatapat ng kotse yun na akala rear light yun unahan ng motor.

Again, to answer your question sir, hindi pundihin ang ilaw ng motor. My Vespa still uses the same headlight bulb I put 15 years ago. And that's using the headlight day or night even without AHO. Just switch it on everytime I ride. Reflex like seat belt.

Physical assault na yan. Mali ka na rin. Kung may panaksak sila, baka statistics ka na ngayon.

No, the problem needs to be solved the proper way.
