badtrip lang on my side, had to change it. again, sayang investment. if walang proper guidelines ung MMDA sa pang huhuli.

I'm thinking those guys will just pull people over for having "suspicious headlights" that do not fit the year and model of car. That would be my guess as their first category. Second would be obvious, pag nakakasilaw, paparahin ka. Pero I wonder, paano ka nila makikita sa loob ng car, if you have really bright headlights? Will they shine a flood light directly to your cabin to notify you that you have to pull over?

You're right, those who retrofitted their cars with HIDs, projectors, etc properly should get away with it. Problem is, technically, it's still modified and not stock.

Are modified tail lights also included? I see a lot of people with blue tail lights, or worse, white! Parang they removed the lens coloration. In truth, these are just as dangerous as those with "bad" headlights so I wonder what the fuzz is all about just with the headlights. Maybe because when they finally see the tail lights, it's too late - the car can already speed off?

Basta rear signal lights lang yung red, ok yon. Kung pati harap, hindi pwede. Only emergency vehicles can have red lights in front of the car (as well as solid blue lights).

The standard signal lights are amber, then white, and red. That's it...supposedly.

with the cost of HID's i still prefer the stock bulbs! you can replace them anytime and parts are everywhere

naglipana kasi sa lansangan ngayon an lalakas ng ilaw,

andami na talagang naka-HID ngayon, dag-dag pogi points daw yun sabi ng iba, pero sa akin okay nako sa stock...safe pa.

Dito sa amin nagsawa na yata ang mga naka HID mods na tsikot sa kakahuli kaya madalang na. Kaso ang bagong uso dito yung mga MC -- pati hopper dito ngayon naka HID na!
