the yellow is supposed to be the grey zone of forgiveness.
unfortunately, some entities, for whatever reason, choose to put in a very short grey zone interval.
    that's where the problem arises.
they should put in a longer yellow light interval.

Dapat pag mag contest automatic suspended muna yun enforcer na nag issue ng ticket or yun nag review and approved ng violation if NCAP naman.

since pahirapan naman ang pag contest so para fair

At dapat pwede mag contest online, usually dashcam video naman ang evidence so pwede upload with justification.

    wherever they graduated from,
    they taught them well, earning-wise.
    heh heh.

but that 70-30 leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
para bang, private enterprise has purchased from government, the peace-keeping duty, and all the rewards that go with it.

Yup, dapat ganito para may assurance na gagawin nila trabaho nila with the presumption na within limits, in the proper way and not meant to harrass or annoy only.

Plus online contest with uploaded videos would make things easier and faster in terms of judgment/compromises.

    Should work both ways talaga.

The question is sino ang tao behind the private NCAP?

    i wonder,
... 70% of the penalties go to them...
that's a minimum of 700 pesos per apprehension!
anyhow you look at it, it's big money!!!

Kasi nga easy money.. kaya mga petty tinitira nila.. not yung clear as day violation like naka red pero tumatawid pa din..

    1. LGU should fix the roadways, ridding the areas of "traps".

    2. some time ago, most of those LED stoplights had working countdown timers. now, only a few have still functioning timers. kung nasira sila... marupok! but kung sinadyang isinara...! my point, is that the responsible entity should make efforts to make sure these timers begin timing, again.

So it's still up to the local traffic traffic bureau kung approve or not yun violation dahil hinde naman pwede mag issue ng ticket or violation ng private entity na yan.

I think hinde na review ng mga local traffic kung tama or mali

    I think so too.
The reviewer should check several minutes before and after the traffic violation to see the conditions.
Tamad most mga tao diyan cguro, pag kita nila clear cut violation automatic go na cguro sa kanila yun.

Dapat pag present ng citation may kasama na video a few seconds before the violation para malaman yung conditions during the violation.
