Yes, same pa rin price ng Link carpark (45 for the first 4 hours then 10/hour after). I park there every day.

It would be hard to get a spot once you enter there at 9am. It might be full or you will be parking on the open top deck. I get there around 830am and open slots are on the 7th floor already.

If you're going to be in Makati by 10am, just park at Glorieta. Just make you enter at 10am or later to avail of the 40 for the first 4 hours and 10/hour after. Glorieta parking rates before 10am is 40 for the first 4 hours and 30/hour after.

When exiting Link carpark, do it before 5pm or after 8pm. Anything between 530 to 730pm, you will be stuck in a long queue just to get out. It takes around 30 minutes to exit during rush hour.

Updated pa rin ba ito? Baka dito na ko magpark since magmamahal na ng parking si RCBC Plaza next month. 190 na 24 hours tapos subject pa to P100 per hour if mag-exceed ng 4 hours ang hindi tenant/visitor.

Updated yan. The latest na nagpark ako is 8:30am, madami pang bakante floors 6 pataas. Expect mejo traffic pag egress 6pm onwards, though ganun talaga wala tayong magagawa.

Our AVPs don't even get a slot, only department heads (like crush/heartbreaker). Sometimes our AVPs would pay as much as P400 if they come in early and go home late. One AVP rented a slot in a condo (though he has to walk a little) for P4000/mo which is a good deal!

Do you guys have an office here in VCC? I have my own slot there sa 3rd floor, tenant parking, P3.5k/month binabayad ng company namin para dun. Ang gaganda ng mga kotse na katabi ko dun, including my boss' Jaguar XJ sedan. Parang car show. Mga latest model ng BMW, Audi and Benzes, sports cars like Aston Martin and Porsches.

My tip sa Makati CBD parking is to find a condo owner that rents our his slot. May condo unit ako sa Dela Rosa, just a stone throw away from Greenbelt, I have mine rented for only 2k/month. Kaso, my tenant pays for the whole year in advance na but for sure marami pa kayong mahahanap na ganyan.

D na pla kayo ngayon dun malpit.. Pero dati san kayo ntuloy ng park nung malapit kayo dun? Ang alam ko 24hrs yung best and sfety b yun s may hv dela costa. Mga 7-10min walk nga lng. 6am ksi pasok ko. Nung nagikot ikot aq last time 6am dn bukas ng malalapit dun na parking. Dapat 5am bukas na yung mhanap ko.
