actually meron parin towing kahit gabi na. pero ang mga target nila is yung mga mali ang parking. eg. wrong direction, lagpas sa lines, etc.

correct ko lang 40pesos first 2 hours. 50pesos for the third hour. max 3hours.

yung advantage ng street parking at 3pm onwards is you only pay 40pesos for say, 6hours parking (3-9pm), compared to 100+ sa ibang establishments (lkg, pbcom, rcbc, pro-p, etc)

yeah, I agree that it is still cheaper than the Legaspi park. I think MCS charges 40 for the first 2 hours and 10 for every succeeding hour. Legaspi Park charges 50 for the first 2 hours and for every succeeding hour....

- mas malayo nga lang lalakarin mo.... (my office is in Legaspi Street). but I need the exercise.....
- mas mabilis sa akin from MCS.... isang liko lang, skyway entry na.

I also park at here at MCS. Flat rate parking for whole day is cheaper than half-day rate at my office building.

- I don't get caught sa baha along P.Tamo since I exit towards Amorsolo/Pasay Rd

- Mapanghi sa ibang slots
- Dimly lit
- Some slots may tumutulo na liquid from the overhead pipes

mamili ka ng slot bro. i usually take the slot dun sa tabi ng parking ng golf carts....para maliwanag and hindi mapanghi... hehehe... naikot ko na mga parking areas in the vicinity. wala ng lower than 80 pesos flat rate the whole day.
