    If I'm not mistaken, the questions are the same, prof licensee applicants need 60 to pass ( correct me if I'm wrong ) while non-prof licensee applicants need 40 to pass.

    Akala ko 100 items lang may extra item pa pala. I got my non-prof lic way back 2003 by myself( and even no fixer involved) 60 items exam and actual driving took about 5-10mins lang. Alam ko pa noon eh right minus wrong. Or tinakot lang kami ng mga ibang kapal muks. Talamak pa rin red tape kaya maraming balasubas sa daan. Kaya nga "Always drive defensively".
