If I'm not mistaken, the questions are the same, prof licensee applicants need 60 to pass ( correct me if I'm wrong ) while non-prof licensee applicants need 40 to pass.

That's the irony, they should be true professionals in the sense of their profession. Blame it to the red tape within the LTO, majority of them are not qualified nor knowledgeable to have a license.
