THE Land Transportation Office needs some P30 million funds for the rental of impounding areas for hundreds of impounded vehicles.

LTO Executive Director Jimmy Pesigan said the agency is running out of impounding areas.

He noted that the LTO has no appropriations for the monthly payment of impounding areas.

Pesigan had instructed the Traffic and Adjudication Board and the Traffic Education and Safety Division to study voluminous apprehensions of the agency.

"We try to figure out the real reasons why many motorists committed traffic violations resulting in the impounding of their vehicles," Pesigan added

    whats so big sa P30m?
