make parking easier, faster and better. Not all driver know how to back-up to parking stall properly. Mostly girls and some young driver. By the way, I said mostly not all.

actually it is harder to park facing the wall and to back up as well you dont see incoming traffic that would cross your path.. ask an building administrator.. i think he'll give you the same reason.. "mangingitim ang dingding ser".. mayroon bang "park facing wall" sign sa unpainted hollow block wall? parang wala..kung meron eh feeling sila.. ahihihi

This is the main reason.

Last week kasi, may hindi nag-park facing the wall.

In the US you have to park facing the wall so when you back out, other drivers see your tail lights on going reverse. safety reasons.

This is silly. If you don't park facing the wall, the other drivers won't need to see your reverse light when leaving since you'll be able to see them also.

Your tail lights are more visible to drivers from afar than your head behind the windshield.

Try it dude. stand around 50 meters away from a car parked nose first and another parked rear first. do you see the tail lights or the windshield first?

That's what they also teach at drivers ed in the states.

stools are used to reach the lock thats located on top of the door. it's quite high and most pinoys are not that tall to reach it on their own.

park facing forward is to make sure their walls don't get dirty that quickly.
