sa totoo lang, i think the blinking lights were intended for LEDs, which can cycle from zero to 100% and back to zero intensity immediately, and not for incandescents nor halogens, which cycle much more slowly. from my personal observation, in the daytime, none of the flickering brake lights i have seen, approximate the brightness of the equivalent normal brake lights. i believe this is dangerous.Last edited by dr. d; October 14th, 2018 at 08:03 PM.

October 13th, 2018 07:47 PM #13how about the shops that do such modifications? are they going to regulate the likes of Atoy Customs, Jeff Offroad and others kung ano lang ang permitted na ikabit? ang huhulihin ay yung motorists na nagpakabit ng bumper, muffler, suspension assy, led bars...eh yung shop na nagbebenta at install?[emoji849] c'mon LTO, asikasuhin muna sana mga backlog sa plate numbers, lisensiya atbp...

October 13th, 2018 11:36 PM #15I think off-road lights can be installed but must be covered when driving on regular roads.
And the cover should be something that can only be manually installed and removed from the outside of the vehicle. It should not be designed to be remotely-controlled, motorized or automated so as to prevent the driver from turning it on accidentally, or even intentionally, from the inside.
