The TRO in the case filed by concerned parties against the DOTC and LTO to stop implementation of the RFID should be issued by the court shortly. While I don't doubt the intent, I doubt that the LTO has the authority to impose such fees for a project that has never received proper approvals from NEDA and other agencies.
What if naka V-kool clear tint ka tapos dinikit mo RFID behind the vkool, madedetect parin ba?
wala naman daw address na i istore.. basically.. about the car lang yung info.. ang pinaka info lang na nandon daw eh yung name of owner..
onga pala, pano kaya sa mga bagong sasakyan, since multi-year ang initial registration nila. if so, then LTO's so called plan to have all vehicles tagged with RFID by the end of this year won't materialize din pala. hay, ang gulo talaga ng sistema nila about this RFID.
even LTO's site is not updated to explain everything about this RFID.:crash:
Supreme Court stops RFID

and if ever i-declare na illegal ang project na yan, will LTO refund those who have acquired na?
