onga sir e. palpak talaga ang pagpaplano nito. inuna ang kaperahan bago ang common sense. if reports are true about that monitoring tools not being ready, then it defeats the purpose of implementing it but not actually using it. ano yan, pay now -cry later?
kung inihanda ba nman lahat ng infrastructures and actual gadgetries na kailangan bago sila nag kakabit ng mga RFID stickers na yan, eh di sana sa unang araw pa lang ay kapakipakinabang na yang RFID na yan. hindi lang sa atin kung hindi sa LTO na rin. they will have the benefit of seeing & learning about the birthpains it will bring on this new system. ika nga ay, soft launch muna kumbaga. hindi yung, kung kelan lahat na ng vehicles ay RFID tag equipped na at nalaman nilang di pala magwo-work ay saka nila ii-scrap ito.
one thing also that's very unclear to me is in what form will the monitoring tool will be and how it actually works. ito po ba ay isang gun scanner or isang scanner na naka mount sa mga poste at strategic points around the city? or maybe both? sa aking palagay ay sobrang kulang po ang information drive ng gobyerno tungkol dito. how does RFID really works and it's limitations.
haayyy, people can rant and rant about this for ages but it seems there's no sensible solution in the horizon. ayoko na ngang mag-kape, hehe.
Update pala nito, madali lang nya na dispatch Innova Zenix Hybrid nila. They are now using Tesla...
